If you get no error message and the GISconnector for Excel is not working anymore, the following hints should help you out.

 

1. Close Excel, ArcGIS and the GISconnector for Excel, restart the GISconnector for Excel again and according to you needs Excel and/or ArcGIS.

 

2. The GISconnector for Excel-Add-In in Excel is not loading anymore

 

3. The GISconnector for Excel-Add-In in ArcGIS has disappeared or is not loading anymore.
