Trouble Shooting

 

 

 

After every transfer between ArcGIS and Excel a balloon tip will show up in the information section of your taskbar. It appears for approx. 10 seconds and offers information about the last action. After this time frame you can open the log via the context menu of the GISconnector icon. It will show you a summary of your last actions (default: 20 actions). If this information does not help you finding a solution, the following hints and explanations might be helpful.
